Each performance storyteller is like a different theatre company...except that when it comes to storytelling, its usually one individual artist who reasearches, composes, directs, and performs a single show. The Crick Crack Club has spent over 20 years identifying and supporting the best performance storytellers we can find. Many of these artists are longstanding Crick Crack Club stalwarts; others have come to prominence in more recent years. We know the repertoires, characters and strengths of these artists very well and, like chemists, use this knowledge in our programming.
